Schwartmann’s Care 360 for the ULTRA-CUT
The ULTRA-CUT processes material directly from the coil and is designed for mass production. In this application, every cut contour counts: An unplanned shutdown doesn’t just interrupt a single order—it halts an entire production run. That’s why we offer our three Schwartmann Care 360 service packages for the ULTRA-CUT—tailored to ensure process reliability, cut quality, and predictable support during continuous operation.
Care Essential covers ongoing software maintenance and direct support—including updates, bug fixes, data backups, and support via phone, WhatsApp, and remote access.
Care Maintenance includes annual on-site maintenance of the entire cutting cell by our service technician: Inspection of the laser head and beam alignment, inspection of the nozzle, ceramic components, and protective lenses, inspection of the axes, guides, and drive components, cooling water replacement, and inspection of the exhaust system, sensors, actuators, and safety devices. This ensures that cutting quality remains consistent throughout the system’s entire service life—and wear is detected before it causes a shutdown.
Care Performance is designed for companies with high machine utilization and tight production schedules: prioritized support handling, resolution within half a business day, an additional annual remote system check, as well as analysis of cutting parameters and advice on optimizing cutting processes.
Travel time, travel expenses, replacement parts, wear parts, and filter media are not included and will be billed separately as needed.
