WSRV 05.1 to 07.4
Manual round bending machine with wheel countershaft
The WSRV 05 - 0.7 series was specially designed for workshop use.
These round bending machines with a working length of 1-2 metres and shaft diameters of 75-85 mm are driven by a hand crank on a wheel transmission.
The working shafts are arranged asymmetrically, turned spherically and mounted in maintenance-free dry plain bearings. The top shaft can be swivelled out to the front with one hand and is locked by a closed locking bearing. .
The primary reduction gear and the drive gears are arranged on the left-hand side so that even narrow pipes can be easily extracted.
The adjustments of the lower and rear shafts are located on the right-hand side of the machine. The lower shaft is adjusted using a handle and clamping lever, while the rear shaft can be infinitely adjusted using a handwheel and worm drive.
The setting can be reproduced using the position indicator.
