Round bending machine with manual drive
This machine is specially designed for the production of parts with small diameters; depending on the material and sheet thickness, diameters from approx. 40 mm can be produced.
Robust construction, easy handling!
The working shafts are arranged asymmetrically and mounted on maintenance-free bearings. The upper shaft can be swivelled forwards with one hand and is locked by a closed locking bearing. Both the lower and rear shafts can be adjusted from the outside of the machine. The lower shaft is adjusted using a handle and clamping lever, while the rear shaft can be adjusted using a ratchet lever and toothed segment. The fine-step toothed segment ensures easy reproducibility of the adjustment.
