Laser quality for workshops
One machine, three functions: Cutting, perforating, marking.
The PRO-CUT combines three key processes in a single machine. This means fewer work steps, fewer detours and fewer sources of error. The integrated remnant sheet system ensures that material is optimally utilized. Scrap is drastically reduced and costs are noticeably cut. Stainless steel, a key material in technical insulation, can be processed reliably and precisely with the PRO-CUT.
For workshop managers, this means clean cut edges, no reworking and a time saving that is immediately measurable in practice.
The economical alternative to mechanical cutting systems
Laser technology for small and medium-sized companies.
Many companies are faced with the question: should they continue to rely on mechanical cutting systems or take the plunge into laser technology? The PRO-CUT offers an answer. It is designed as a direct 1:1 replacement for many mechanical cutting systems and delivers results on a completely new level. Precise hole patterns, clear markings and fine cutting edges ensure quality that can be seen.
The PRO-CUT is positioned as a real sweet spot between the mechanical UNI-CUT and the fully automated ULTRA-CUT.

Clean edges. Strong performance. Smart investment.
Watch the video to discover why PRO-CUT is the smart choice for future-oriented workshops: clean edges, steel (galvanized) up to 3 mm, intuitive operation and an impressive price/performance ratio.
Simple integration into the Schwartmanns system
Same operating logic, same software, same laser source as the ULTRA-CUT.
The PRO-CUT fits seamlessly into the Schwartmann ecosystem. With the identical software logic of the ULTRA-CUT, operation remains familiar. For existing customers, this means a quick changeover without a long training period. Measurement and planning data is transferred directly to the PRO-CUT via the isoconnect platform without duplicate input. This saves time, avoids errors and creates a consistent digital workflow from planning to the finished component. Training, service and maintenance remain manageable thanks to the standardized architecture and with Schwartmanns4Care you ensure predictable operating costs and maximum availability.
Control & software
Intuitive operation. Smart nesting. Digitally networked.
The PRO-CUT can be operated quickly and safely and has everything you need to program components efficiently, nest them automatically and document them cleanly – including remote service.
- 21″ touchscreen control panel; Windows 10, 23 languages.
- Parametric input with symbols; 3D views for molded parts.
- Automatic nesting/cutting optimization incl. 3D system view.
- Project database for cutting and processing.
- Remote maintenance via Teamviewer (W-LAN dongle).
- Note: Software is provided as a user license (non-transferable).

Marking in the process
Clear part identification in the work process
Parts list numbers, assembly instructions and inspection features are applied directly during the process by laser. This saves separate marking steps, prevents mix-ups and ensures permanently legible markings on every part.
Air duct advantages in practice
Clean edge, no reworking
Clean cut edges, no reworking required. Perforating and marking run in the same process step. Compatible with common air duct workflows (e.g. MEZ win-klimaX) – for a smooth changeover from plasma.
Your advantages at a glance
Direct added value for your workshop.
- Cutting, perforating and marking in a single process
- Less waste thanks to the remnant sheet system
Key technical data
Robust, precise, future-oriented.
- Working area: 2,500 × 1,250 mm (other formats planned, e.g. 3,000 × 1,500 mm)
- Laser power: 1.5 kW standard, 3 kW optional
Machine design & drive
Rigid base frame. Precise guidance. Dynamic feed.
The PRO-CUT is based on a welded steel construction with a calculated linear guide system. Large drives, protected cable routing and a synchronous gantry concept ensure precise, smooth movements and high availability.
- Welded steel base frame for high dynamic loads.
- Linear guide system for smooth gantry travel; large drives.
- Service openings for quick, easy access.
- Cable drag chains with separators, guided with splash protection.
- Y-slide double guided on ball linear guide; rack and pinion drive.
- Gantry operation with two synchronous feed units, roller guide carriage and ball screw each.
