Along with our machines, we offer our customers a comprehensive maintenance and repair programme with our Schwartmanns4Care service concept.

We are specialists in the insulation industry precisely because we combine the knowledge of machines, software and support with our industry solution. Being part of the FESI – with its European dialogue – gives us even better access to new technologies, best practices and innovative developments.
From passion to tradition
In February 1964, Hubert Schwartmanns began the independent production of sheet metal processing machines in a garage, actively supported by his wife, who carried out assembly work and operated drilling, milling and lathe machines in the first few years.
After just one and a half years, the company moved to the old Godorf forge, where at 100 m2, many times the original space was available. With two employees, mainly smaller machines were produced in series, such as screw hat punches, row hole punches, construction bending machines, sheet metal decoilers and hand beading machines.
In 1972 a larger system was transported to Poland for the first time.
In 1975 the business premises were relocated to the former “Schwingeler Hof” estate, where around 300 m2 were available. The construction of special machines, both commissioned work and our own developments, and the repair of all kinds of sheet metal processing machines were added. It was remarkable how high-quality machines were built in the cramped conditions. When it came to special designs, Hubert Schwartmanns always amazed people with his idiosyncratic solutions to problems, which gave priority to the usability of the machine for the user over the established traditions of mechanical engineering.
In January 1984, we moved into our newly built company building in the Wesseling-Berzdorf industrial area with approx. 900 m2.
