Pneumatic in-line hole punch
Row punching machine for the efficient punching of blanks for sheet metal insulation.
The machine is driven by a pneumatic cylinder which is actuated by a foot control valve and the punching units are used to hold the hole cuts (punch and die) and can be moved on the machine table. The number of punching units and the diameter of the hole cuts (2.5-6.0 mm) can be adapted to the respective requirements.
The distance of the holes from the edge of the sheet (overlap) is infinitely adjustable by means of width stops. Good support of the sheets to be punched is ensured by a continuously extendable table extension.
