Schwartmanns Smart Package
With the “Smart Package” Schwartmanns supports your own maintenance through an annual manufacturer inspection at your site. Receive a reliable inspection report from the manufacturer of your machines as part of a professional inspection. Through this regular manufacturer inspection, you know exactly the current state of your machine.

- SchwartmannsSMC (Schwartmanns Maintenance contract including data backup on our servers)
- Prioritized spare part shipment (within 24h) with an availability of approx. 95% ex warehouse (spare parts will be charged separately)
- Annual inspection of all sensors, actuators and control elements
- Adjustment of the cutting unit, drilling unit and possibly existing marking unit
- Condition report and recommendation for preventive repair measures
Schwartmanns Advanced Package
With Schwartmann’s “Advanced Package” you can ensure high machine availability at predictable costs. In addition to the Smart Package, you get a whole host of useful additional benefits:

The “Full Service Package” is the first choice if you expect maximum availability and have absolutely nothing to worry about. And this with absolute budget security even beyond the warranty phase. For this reason, in addition to the benefits of the Schwartmann Advanced Package, this package offers everything necessary to achieve these goals.

- Annual manufacturer maintenance
- Including the required spare parts toothed belt package & scissor maintenance in the factory (you will receive your personal exchange scissors from us free of charge until the next maintenance)
- Other spare parts: Sensors, slip ring, linear ball bearing portal with 10% price advantage.
