Countdown to Insulation Expo 2018 – part 6

On 16 and 17 May 2018, the Insulation Expo will once again take place in Cologne. The leading trade fair for the insulation industry is also an important part of the activity calendar for Schwartmanns. This year we will introduce many new solutions around our machine program. Therefore, we would like to use the phase before the fair to present the innovations in detail.

Today we introduce you to our new beading machine for the construction site, SMW 50.20.


The machine is the perfect companion on every construction site. Due to its compact dimensions, the mounting device for scaffold assembly and two pairs of bead rollers, it becomes a “must have” for all insulation fitters. The power supply is via standard Schuko plug with 230V. The foot pedal is equipped with a plug connection and thus allows the comfortable transport of the equipment. Optionally there is a mounting base for table mounting or our new, infinitely adjustable mounting stand. The variable speed adjustment of 2 – 24 m / minute is unique in this machine segment. Come to the fair and look at the machine.
